On March 24, 2017, 19-year-old Lewis Wallace was fatally shot at the Spring Valley Apartments, located at 8701 Interstate 30 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Responding officers found Wallace deceased at the scene, while another 19-year-old, Stevie Howard, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds; Howard later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
