On a tragic Friday night in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 19-year-old Lewis Wallace was cut short by gunfire. It was March 24, 2017, at the Spring Valley Apartments located at 8701 Interstate 30, when the fatal shooting occurred. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found Wallace deceased. Another young man, 19-year-old Stevie Howard, was also discovered at the apartment complex with multiple gunshot wounds. Howard was rushed to a local hospital but later succumbed to his injurie ...
