In the summer of 2015, a young man’s life was cut short on a street in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mark DeAngelo Mosley Jr., a 20-year-old male, became the city's 17th homicide victim that year on the evening of Saturday, July 18th. The incident unfolded in the 1000 block of South Cedar Street, where officers responded to a report of a shooting.
