On a Tuesday night in Little Rock, Arkansas, a burst of violence cut short the life of 18-year-old Brandon Brooks. The young man, known as a dancer and the family's 'baby,' was in a house on the 4200 block of West 24th Street on May 8, 2018, when gunfire erupted.
