On November 22, 2016, 59-year-old Jesús Peña Sandoval was tragically murdered in Little Rock, Arkansas. A native of Mexico, Peña had resided in Little Rock for many years, undertaking various odd jobs to support himself. On that rainy afternoon, he was working to remove flooring inside an apartment at 220 North Taylor Street when he was attacked, robbed, and fatally shot.
