On a Tuesday evening in September 2019, the sound of gunshots echoed through the area near 13th and Arch Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. When police responded to the scene, they found a black Chevy Malibu that had crashed into a cemetery wall. Inside the car was 27-year-old Clinton Burrell Jr., a male who had been shot. Medical personnel arrived but were unable to save him, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
