Tavorrye Whitaker-Lemon, 24, a Black male, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of April 29, 2020, on the 2900 block of Romine Road in Little Rock. Police were called after a 911 caller reported hearing several gunshots and seeing someone down in a driveway.
