In the early morning hours of Sunday, March 27, 2022, a grim discovery was made in Little Rock, Arkansas. A 33-year-old male, Rayvon Montrel McDowell, was found unresponsive in his white pickup truck in the 5700 block of Patterson Road. A call was placed to the Little Rock police just after 9 a.m. to check on an individual who was seen 'slumped over at the wheel.'
