On March 27, 2022, 33-year-old Rayvon Montrel McDowell was found deceased in his white pickup truck on Patterson Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. Responding officers discovered him slumped over the steering wheel, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Several spent shell casings were located in the vicinity, indicating a shooting had taken place.
