On October 21, 2020, at approximately 6:53 p.m., officers from the Southwest Patrol Division of the Little Rock Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the 12000 block of Quail Creek Road. Upon arrival, they observed an unresponsive male, later identified as 23-year-old Sean Ellis II, lying on the floor inside a residence.
