In the late hours of a Sunday in Little Rock, Arkansas, the sound of gunfire shattered the night, leading to the tragic discovery of a young man's life cut short. On February 12, 2017, police responded to reports of shots fired on Wolfe Street. There, they found 24-year-old Troy Langston, a male resident of Little Rock, deceased inside his Ford Taurus. The car, parked in a yard, was riddled with multiple bullet holes, and Langston had been shot several times in the chest.
