In the early morning hours of the Fourth of July in 2015, a violent altercation at a Little Rock, Arkansas apartment complex left two young men dead. Kevin Marquis Brown, a 25-year-old male, and Terrence Slaughter, aged 26, both succumbed to gunshot wounds following the incident. The tragic events unfolded around 2:19 a.m. at the Briarwood Apartments located in the 800 block of South Rodney Parham Road.
