In the early morning hours of the Fourth of July in 2015, a violent altercation at a Little Rock, Arkansas apartment complex left two young men dead. Kevin Marquis Brown, a 25-year-old male, and Terrence Slaughter, aged 26, both succumbed to gunshot wounds following the incident.
