On September 17, 2019, just before midnight, 29-year-old Reginald Moore was found unresponsive in the yard of a residence on Burton Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas, after reports of a shooting. He was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries early the following morning.
Witnesses reported hearing a physical altercation between Moore and another man prior to the shooting. The suspect was initially described as a Black male with a medium build.
