Murdered

On March 5, 2014, 52-year-old Robert J. Storay was fatally shot by a North Little Rock police officer in Arkansas. The incident began when authorities received a 911 call reporting a disturbance involving Storay on a Central Arkansas Transit bus near 4th and Maple streets. Upon the officer's arrival, a confrontation ensued during which Storay allegedly attacked the officer with a cane, leading the officer to discharge his weapon, resulting in Storay's death.
