In the pre-dawn hours of August 3, 2020, violence shattered the quiet of a Muskegon Heights apartment complex, leaving a 17-year-old male dead and his younger brother wounded. Jakari Robertson was shot and killed at the Wells Villa Apartments on Woodcliffe Drive in what police believe was a targeted attack.
