In the quiet city of Muskegon, Michigan, a sense of unease settled over a neighborhood on the evening of October 28, 2024. Inside his home on Sophia Street, 30-year-old Andres Garcia, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot. The Muskegon Police Department responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Garcia gravely wounded. Despite immediate life-saving efforts at the scene, he succumbed to his injuries while en route to the hospital.
