George Dewey Lane, a 63-year-old man, went missing from San Diego, California, on October 14, 1997. Lane, described as a Caucasian male with gray or partially gray hair and blue eyes, was last seen at his workplace. On the day of his disappearance, he left his desk neatly arranged and stepped outside, never to be seen again. Despite the investigation, Lane did not return to pick up his last paycheck, and his whereabouts have remained unknown since that day.
