Dionisio Perez-Hernandez, a 25-year-old male, was last seen on August 5, 1996, near the U.S.-Mexico border close to San Diego, California. He was reported missing while attempting to cross the border, and his whereabouts have remained unknown ever since. Described as a Hispanic male with black hair, Dionisio was approximately 5'6" tall and weighed 160 pounds at the time of his disappearance.
