Russell Scotton Jr., a 43-year-old man, went missing on February 6, 1995, from San Diego, California. On that date, his family received a postcard from him, postmarked from Spokane, Washington, where he mentioned he was on his way back to San Diego. However, he never arrived, and no one has heard from him since.
