Rolando Batiz Cebreros, a 26-year-old man from San Diego, California, was last seen on February 21, 1997. He had traveled with a friend to Oceanside, California, to purchase a car. Cebreros called his wife that evening, informing her that they were on their way home, but this was the last time anyone heard from him. He has been missing ever since, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
