On April 27, 2022, Eloe Aki Ameen Lomax, a 23-year-old resident of Minneapolis, MN, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred near the intersection of North 33rd Avenue and Knox Avenue North. Minneapolis police responded to reports of shots fired just before 6 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Lomax sitting in a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest and abdomen.
