Dae'Vonn LeQuinn Howell, a 21-year-old man from St. Paul, Minnesota, tragically lost his life to gun violence on June 11, 2023, in Minneapolis. The incident occurred at Flava of Soul restaurant in Brooklyn Park, a suburb of Minneapolis.
