In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in north Minneapolis, on December 8, 2015, the life of 19-year-old Paul D. Falling Jr. was tragically cut short. Responding to a call for medical help, police officers discovered his body at the intersection of 34th and Fremont avenues N. It was soon determined that the young man, who had no permanent address, had died from a gunshot wound to the head and neck.
