In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in north Minneapolis, on December 8, 2015, the life of 19-year-old Paul D. Falling Jr. was tragically cut short. Responding to a call for medical help, police officers discovered his body at the intersection of 34th and Fremont avenues N.
