On a Saturday evening in Minneapolis, what began as a gathering in the McKinley neighborhood turned into a scene of violence that claimed the life of 45-year-old Dillon Farkon Howard, a Black/African American male from the nearby suburb of Brooklyn Park. On November 21, 2020, at approximately 5:30 p.m., police were called to the 3700 block of North 6th Street where they discovered Howard and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
