The decedent's fingerprints were identified with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) A file #A88638266. He has used the aliases: Jose Munoz and Jose Santos Lopez Munoz, D.O.B. 4/25/1980. As his identity cannot be confirmed, he is listed as a John Doe. Witnesses observed him climb a fence over an overpass and drive headfirst onto a San Diego freeway. His death was pronounced at the scene. Facial photograph and fingerprints are available for comparison.
