On 10/02/2012 at 1300 hours the decedent was found inside a train "hopper" car at the above listed location. The train left Kings, British Columbia, Canada, on 8/29/2012 and was transporting sodium silicate. The train made multiple stops to various locations in British Columbia and California before arriving at its final destination in South Gate, California on 10/1/2012.
