Eddie Garcia Partida, aged 35, was last seen on September 8, 2005, in Los Angeles, California. He informed his family that he was heading to Tijuana, Mexico, for dental work. However, after that day, no one has heard from him. Described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, Eddie stood 5'8" tall and weighed approximately 200 pounds. He had a distinct scar across the top of his head and was wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and a hat when last seen.
