Sir-Kristopher Clayton Marshall, a 3-year-old boy, was last seen on July 20, 1977, in Compton, California. That night, he was staying at the home of Earlene Williams, along with her children Ivy, Violet, and Yolanda. At approximately 4:30 a.m., the house caught fire, and Earlene's body was later found inside near the front door, showing signs of strangulation. None of the children, including Sir-Kristopher, were in the house when firefighters arrived.
Authorities found a trail of blood leading from the house, which stopped at an alley, suggesting the person might have entered a car.
The next morning, James Williams, Earlene’s estranged husband, was reportedly seen at a Denny’s restaurant in Grapevine, California, with Sir-Kristopher and the three girls. However, later that day, when Williams was picked up by friends, the children were not with him. He was arrested for Earlene’s murder and suspected of abducting the children, but he never revealed their whereabouts. Williams was charged with the murders of the children as well, but after two trials ended in deadlocked juries, the charges were dismissed. Williams has since passed away, and the case remains unsolved.
In 2014, the skeletal remains of Ivy Matory were discovered in Corona, California, but Sir-Kristopher and the other children have never been found. Authorities and the family continue to seek answers.Last Seen: Jul 20, 1977
