James Michael Todd, a 28-year-old paramedic for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, was last seen on August 18, 2011, in Thousand Oaks, California. Prior to his disappearance, he informed his mother that he planned to travel to San Diego for the weekend. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, plaid shorts, and brown shoes. James may have been driving his white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with a camper shell at the time he went missing.
