Charles Boston, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 18, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Garfield Park neighborhood, where Charles and two other men, Quashun Nolton (23) and Tion Lewis (22), were standing on the sidewalk in front of a convenience store.
