Jessica Taylor, a 20-year-old woman from Poughkeepsie, New York, was tragically murdered, and her dismembered body was discovered on July 26, 2003, in a wooded area in Manorville, Long Island. Her decapitated torso was found with her hands missing, and a tattoo had been severely mutilated, an attempt by her killer to prevent identification.
