The decedent is estimated to be a White male approximately 40-50 years of age and is believed to have been homeless at the time of his death. On 08/19/2023 a passerby located the decedent in the 3400 block of Balboa Avenue in San Diego, and they called 911. Law enforcement responded and confirmed the death due to obvious postmortem changes.
