Bill Neyenesch, 38, was last seen on June 2, 1983, in San Diego, California. His car was found parked at the Cabrillo Marina, where he kept his 30-foot sailboat, the *Stuffit*. Both Neyenesch and his boat were missing, and despite an extensive Coast Guard search, no traces of him or the vessel were found.
