Adolfo Walter Ortega-Hussong, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on February 16, 1994, near the U.S.-Mexico border in San Ysidro, California. He was heading to Ensenada, Mexico, for business but it is unclear if he ever arrived. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing blue jeans and a gray sweatshirt. He is described as a Hispanic male, standing 6 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He also has a small scar on his left cheek.
