Lance Perkins, a 43-year-old art director, was last seen on October 23, 2016, in San Diego, California. He was in the city working on an event called *Casa De Las Calaveras* when he experienced health issues. That evening, Lance called 911, reporting blackouts, and was transported to the UCSD Medical Center.
