Francisco Quinones, a 48-year-old man, was last seen on February 21, 1997, in San Diego, California. He was reportedly traveling with his friend, Rolando Cabreros, with the intention of purchasing a car. The two men contacted Cabreros' wife, stating they were on their way back home, but neither of them has been heard from since. Both men vanished under mysterious circumstances, and their disappearance has remained unsolved.
