Kevin Isham, a 54-year-old man, was last seen by his family in January 2018, though he was officially reported missing on February 21, 2018, from San Diego, California. Kevin, who was known to frequent areas in Chula Vista and downtown San Diego, was experiencing homelessness at the time of his disappearance.
