Jose had limited knowledge of his personal details, as he was not aware of his exact birth date, last name, or even his full first name. He was raised in a remote village and had never attended school. His case remains unsolved, and it is unclear whether he became lost in the desert or if other circumstances led to his disappearance. Despite some speculation that he might have ended up in New York, there has been no confirmed sighting of him since that day.
