Richard Birkmayer, a 63-year-old man, was last seen on December 1, 2018, in San Bernardino, California. Before his disappearance, Birkmayer had been in contact with his family while hospitalized. Following his release, however, he stopped communicating, raising concerns among loved ones. It's believed he might be in a medical or care facility or potentially experiencing homelessness.
