Terrance Bell, a 45-year-old male, Black/African American, was shot late Saturday morning on June 21, 2025, in the 4200 block of East Linwood Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Officers were called just after 10:18 a.m.; they found Terrance Bell wounded and rushed him to a hospital, where Terrance Bell, age 45 and male, died a few hours later. Police publicly identified Terrance Bell on June 23 while noting they were developing a subject of interest as the investigation moved forward.
