On the evening of Thursday, January 2, 2025, a violent incident unfolded in the parking lot of a shopping plaza in the 8700 block of Blue Ridge Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. At approximately 7:30 p.m., police officers were dispatched to the scene following reports of a shooting outside a Little Caesars franchise.
