Terrance Frost, a 43-year-old man, was found fatally shot inside an apartment building in Kansas City, Missouri, on March 16, 2025. The incident occurred in the 400 block of East Armour Boulevard, where police responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Frost outside an upstairs apartment with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
