The decedent was a 25-40 year old, likely Southwest Hispanic male whose partial skeletonized remains were found in the Tijuana River. On 11/16/2023, personnel operating heavy construction machinery clearing sediment waste in the Tijuana River saw partial skeletonized human remains and notified United States Border Patrol agents on duty nearby.
