The decedent was an approximately 25-35 year old unidentified male with an unknown marital or residential status. On 11/26/2020, a tenant at a neighboring apartment complex walked to the edge of the property line and saw the unresponsive decedent hanged by a ligature from a tree upon the property of Allen Auto Repair in the city of Vista.
