Roger Jacob Ocampo, a 29-year-old man from San Bernardino, California, was last seen on July 18, 2020. Ocampo, who is 5'11" and weighs approximately 170 pounds, was wearing a white shirt and unknown color shorts at the time of his disappearance. He has distinctive tattoos, including "SCO" on his chest and abdomen, "San Bernardino" on his right forearm, skulls on his left shoulder, "SB" on his left arm, and tattoos on both hands reading "IE."
