In the late afternoon of Tuesday, April 8, 2025, the sound of gunfire shattered the daytime calm on the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey. When police responded to the reports of shots fired at approximately 4:25 p.m., they discovered a young man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
