Delray Crittenden, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2014, following a shooting incident near Lithonia, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of July 1, after a house party in DeKalb County. Delray, along with two other teenagers, Nyriek Williams and Aaron Byfield, went to purchase marijuana from David Frank Moore.
