Unknown male was witnessed to collapse and have a seizure on the sidewalk of Bergen NJ on 7/22/00. Taken to Palisades Hospital where it was found that he had a subdural. Transferred to NY Presbyterian, where he was deemed unfit for surgery. Declined and expired on 7/28/00.
