Jose Richard Flores III, aged 25, went missing on July 26, 1994, from Brooklyn, New York. He was last seen at the YMCA in Greenpoint, where he was living at the time. The staff at the YMCA reported him missing after he failed to return. Flores was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'10" to 6'0" tall, weighing between 170 to 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He also had a distinctive tattoo of a dragon on his upper right arm.
