William Anderson, a 65-year-old man, was last seen on the morning of December 5, 2000, in Brooklyn, New York. He departed from Venice Marina around 7:00 a.m. on his 23-foot Wellcraft boat, named "Mary C," intending to spend the day fishing. He had spoken to his fiancée, indicating that he planned to return by 3:00 p.m., but neither he nor his boat were ever seen again.
