Frank Nash, a 35-year-old man from New Fairfield, Connecticut, was last seen by his father on May 20, 1999. The following day, Nash called from the Danbury Department of Motor Vehicles to inquire about his vehicle registration, mentioning that he needed to meet someone and would return the next day. However, he was never heard from again.
