On the evening of New Year's Eve in 2013, 52-year-old Lawrence McIntosh left his home in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. It was approximately 6:30 p.m. when he told his wife he was going to a store to pick up some items for a party they were planning. He was a father of two adult children and, according to his wife, always maintained close contact with his family, never leaving for any extended period without letting them know his whereabouts.
